This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location near the forest is ideal for nature lovers, and the main attractions in Felix are very close by. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are spacious and have a big balcony with a great view over the city, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink.
No improvements needed, everything was just fine.

The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the rooms with a nice balcony offering a great view over the city, to the basic amenities provided. Additionally, the location, very close to the main attractions in Felix and near the forest, is perfect for exploring the area.
No major issues, all was fine during my stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Cleanliness was impressive. The hotel facilities were great, including the lovely thermal pools. The location is perfect, very close to the main attractions in this city and near the forest. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options.
Nothing to complain about at all.

The hotel is located in a beautiful and serene location, with thermal pools that were very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was fresh and plentiful, and the Romanian dishes served during dinner time were delicious. The staff was helpful and accommodating and made our stay unforgettable.
The hotel could use some renovation as some of the facilities seem a bit outdated and need maintenance. , we were disappointed that some of the services were not available during the weekend, and the WiFi was only available in the lobby area.

Our spacious room with a stunning view was spotlessly clean. the breakfast offered a varied selection to suit all tastes. the friendly and knowledgeable staff provided outstanding service. We were pleased with the excellent thermal water pool and other great facilities.
The Wi-Fi connection was not available in our room, which was a bit disappointing.

The breakfast was plentiful and varied, with options to please anyone. the medical staff were attentive and knowledgeable, providing great service. the pool area offered fantastic relaxation and was cleaned regularly. the hotel is well located, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.
The hotel is in dire need of an update. the overall decor feels old and dated, and some aspects of the rooms are uncomfortable, such as the beds and curtains.
